Sync Zoho CRM Sales Orders to Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books

I was told it took 2 hours for CRM to sync with inventory, this appears to not be correct if we do it this way ?

I do not see that button to sync the order with finances.. how did you enable that to show up on your CRM? We have our finances and CRM synced already through the Zoho settings… will this not work as an auto sync?
