I was watching stream when he built it and I was blown away. Tossed it together the next morning and its very strong. Forget determined, this is my sniper build.
@@brassbat I run mine with Providence - Perfect Glass Canon and about 30-40% CHC and a bit more CHD. As long as your hitting 4-5M per shot, you can still 2-3 shot most enemies and it takes off a bit of the pressure to consistently land headshots, letting you get out of cover and chase the enemy a bit more closely. YMMV, it depends on how to prefer to 'snipe'.

@@SaltyOldBaldurian I ran a rifle crit build with coyote (M1 CQB and nemmy with 2 overlord , 1 grupo, and PGC+Gift) prior to S11 as my daily driver. It worked well- being able to body shot elites on a crit solo heroic is good times. All handling and CHD mostly (since coyote and providence take care of the crits more or less, get to 32% CHC).
Still could never get enough handling on Dread to make it as nice to shoot as the M1 in scope. With 2p hotshot, DE handles nicely without having to go the braced route and give up way too much power. The stacking buff is quite powerful if you can keep it running (and keep it reloaded).
It works well even with straight 4p hotshot this way too. Chainkiller is really doing the heavy lifting, and the SVD makes it easy to get the repeat head hits due to it's shot cadence and RPMs without breaking scope. The stacking buff just makes chainkiller that much stronger with or without a pack talent on top.
Very flexible, if you like sniping.
When I saw NBB was being added I said to myself give it a month or so and the meta will probably change. I should have said give Tux a month or so.
Love your build diversity, coupled with clear reasoning and explanation behind the build choices makes you my favourite go to for division 2. Keep on keeping on!!

I want to 😭, i have had this build stashed away in my inventory as i was missing the Dred Edict and could never pick it up anywhere. I have gone through at least 50 exotic caches from countdown and Red Stars and was never able to get the weapon yesterday i was replaying floor 30 of the summit for crafting material and was awarded the weapon on the 3rd try, just couldn't believe i finally picked it up.
What I've noticed is that enemies are acting differently in your video than what I'm playing now. The were ignoring you, not shooting when close (like when someone joins your game and enemies just move around instead of shooting) they aren't trying to flank you nor is a grenadier staying back and throwing a grenade every 5 seconds. They also aren't constantly trying to outflank you. Another observation is that they aren't hiding away or head bobbing/glitching when you aim at them or staying hidden until you engage someone else. So is it a solo thing or do they not consider you much of a threat?
You have to keep in mind that CZcamsrs highly edit their footage to promote their Build. Most of what you see are just the same Builds over and over with slight modifications because they want the Clicks.
He is at a CP with a bunch of Reinforcements and a Decoy, so in the parts he is showing they are currently focused on those. This is not how this Build will actually look in reality. If you are going for Headshots anyway you might as well play a Hotshot+Headhunter Build with Matnis to get your Decoy back with every Headshot Kill.

The npc's are so nice in this video not moving much to let u hit them in the head. Whenever I try to headshot them they jerk around like as if they're doing the latest dance moves. It's crazy 😒

I've been saying since experimenting post announcement of the Determined change that I'll likely just run Dread Edict with 4p aces or 4p hotshot running headhunter or perfect focus. Even the Aces chest is a strong option- good handling, bonus armor, and a reload. Semi-auto sniping joy (but you have to like the scope). It isn't as fast, nor as flexible as Determined, but it gets the job done and is still pretty satisfying without being a re-hash of bolt-action snipers dominated by the white death.

It is great with concussion and focus (pristine) and 4 pieces of hot shot 2 pieces of arialdi hot shot provide 30% handling and and 10% handling from one of the arialdi pieces make tis weapon a laser.
yes if you don't want to run NBB, lots of other things will work- sawyer's is a large buff, on the pack concussion, composure, companion, opportunistic are all valid alternatives to vigilance. Bloodsucker if you have enough damage + blue cores is good too!
habsburg is generally the preferred brand now in S11, but farming it is a bitch compared to arialdi (native blue core vs red), unless you want to run perfect focus chest.

Nice video, I will try, but I have one doubt and I want to ask, how can this not affect you using Pistoleiro if you have no ammo to be able to shoot in the head to get the complete magazine ammo?

I created this same exact build a couple nights ago, but I haven't used it yet. I'm glad to see that its actually super effective. Also, as a side note, why don't they let us transmog with exotics?
man, i wish we could reskin the exotics. And even change the mods on them.
Best part is it dumpsters enemies with almost any MMR exotic or not. Relic is one of my favorites to use so far

Yes. Farm targeted loot and do weekly projects for exotic caches.
They quietly changed the sanctum imperium they removed the scope because they probably couldn't get it to work just like any of the scopes they have come out with .. it now says while in cross hair not scope

Since they love nurf things, they should’ve Nerf this one in a good way because the handling is atrocious. And it would be nice if we didn’t have the sights on all the time why can’t they fix that? They have nerve things that were good in a bad way now. They have something that’s bad that they should Nerf in a good way that makes a lot of sense.

This build is only usable up until challenging, nothing higher.
Bullshit! I've been tearing up heroic with this exact build. I hit over 6mil a shot, as long as I get one Headshot kill every 11 shots, I'm steamrolling mobs.
The scope is the hardest part for me. I've ran MMRs without a scope since forever. Getting used to a scope is a pain in the ass.
DUDE CHILL AND RELAX your videos are cut to fast and you talk just as fast as you cut the video, I hate rewinding constantly just to see everything you got for each piece.

you people must be super thirsty for still playing this game, it is a real mess now, all the stats display incorrect, weapon talents work inconsistent, dmg output incorrect, and u guys still suck up to it. like mk17 has over 300k dmg with messy, not full 6 red cores, able to deal 1m7 headshot, 1m5 body dmg without anything special or max stat gear
May sound strange to some… but I’m still addicted to this game , “warts and all” 🫤
