The only thing that could be improved on is the tiny groves to hold the battery door on could be a little stronger. I put a tiny piece of clear tape on each end for reinforcement.

Just a pleasant simple bell is all that is necessary for a retail business. All of these other tunes sound like musical infant toys.

Very helpful, great review. However the product is a bit disappointing. I'd like one where the light or tone continues for as long as the door is open. That way you'd never leave the door open.
Yes! I'm so disappointed in that. I thought it would continue to alarm.
You are an angel. Nowhere in the official video does it say to change the battery.
Set tune:.press ur tune choice..have another person by door..press volume and count til 5...open door and Whala.. hope it helps 😊

Actually it was very helpful, the instructions that come in the box do not tell you that you need to mount both the magnet & sensor next to each other on the door & jamb..... Good to know Thank-you
Hi, You should update this video to the new kit, as I received my one with three buttons (up, down and ring volume). The one you are demonstrating is for the old model. Thanks.

Nice video. I'm disappointed it only rings a couple of times. Hope that's gonna be enough to wake us up if my elderly mom opens her door at night. And the range is NOT 400 ft by any stretch of the imagination! It works if I put the plug in part in the room above hers but not if I bring it into our bedroom across the hall. That is only a range of about 15 ft from where the alarm is on her door.

obviously this device is made in China, as some of the melodies from this door chime are actually traditional or classical Chinese music.

Just a plain “ding dong” for example? Something I can use in a shop. Those lonnnnnng tunes are ridiculous for a retail shop environment!

You had a great video but in the video you change the chime noise and it went back to the door bell how do you pick another chime noise.
Would this be good for a mailbox so I know when my mail is been delivered cuz I can't see my mailbox from my house?

The chime plays once - when magnetic contact is broken.
The sound it doesn't work please same body helps me
The only thing I can recommend is to insert fresh alkaline batteries.

Piece of junk. Range sucks. Sensor is only working at about 5 feet or less. Its says 10-15 feet range for motion. Not even close. Junk in my opinion. I will be returning it.

I believe it's stopped chiming after a certain amount of time, until triggered again
