It's nice to have U.S. millitary present in your country, that will deter any potential enemy. Much love from Romania, you guys will always be welcomed here!🇪🇺❤🇺🇸
they just betray Afghanistan
Does Romania have oil?
@@Albert_Einstein_not No, but it has gold. Some American companies tried to mine the gold in our region using cyanide but the locals were having none of it and so they left us alone. They also tried fracking for oil but failed since we protested.
We do not feel threatened by American presence whatsoever. They respect us and we respect them. I'm glad they're in my country.
But it doesn't matter since you're probably not interested in having an answer which favors the United States or any other western country.
@@MrBankrupt33 love that response
@@MrBankrupt33 Your country is under occupation 😏
The ships shown here are government owned (MARAD and MSC) manned by non civil service union crews. It appears this is one of the annual exercises, primarily to prove the military’s ability to to move equipment on extremely short notice around the world. Prior to retirement I’d the honor of being the transport ships Captain on a number of similar exercises.
...which ship were you a Captain on? Thanks ✌
how many days does it take to load and unload those things
so in Khabul airport the problem was that it was to far from theport to load all of those left overs people are crying for? they dont want the Talis to fight with style. Nice vehicles.
How the hell could they fit that many vehicles on two ships?
Who asked
MPS ships are cleared deck by deck, every few years and all equipment is switched out, repaired and cleaned and put back on. I am a former logistics Marine and took part in a ship offload on Blount Island. Emptied an entire ship in 3 days.
How’s the lets Go Brandon fella doing for our military 🤔 🧐
thank you all nations highly appreciated helping Philippines and love our sovereignty and our country ❤️ ♥️ 💕 💙 💖
Yea, they are called RORO ships, there are 2 of them based in Diego Garcia... RORO is short for Roll On, Roll Off..., they look a lot like a car carrier like you would see transporting cars from Japan, except for military vehicles. Each RORO is made to hold a ready Mechanized or Armored Battalion for the Army, and be unloaded in a matter of hours. they pull up to a dock, and the personal mate up with their tracks, and just drive them off the ship, and viola, instant Mechanized or Armored Battalion, depending on how the RORO is loaded. They are usually loaded for everything the Battalion would need for 2 weeks of battle. Food, fuel, water, spare parts, spare ammo, everything the army thinks you would need for 2 weeks of fighting, except the people.
Would be awesome to see one sink with all its contents.
@@Honorablebenaiaha in a real war none of those would ever reach their intended dock
When I was active duty it wasn't unusual to see several of the ROROs in the Arabian Gulf
I saw us military strength, it seems no end to their military equipments (very very massive)

If this is what we are being shown, I can only imagine what else we have. I LOVE its country, my freedom, our military thank you ALL for your Service. I will be in prayer for you guys. My Grandfather was a radio-gunner with the 396th Battalion on the B-17 in 1944-45, the Bridge Busters. I know Paw Paw would be proud. That's all he ever talked about. I cherish that short time I had with him!
I'm with you but we've been awfully close of loosing our democracy, our freedoms and friends and allies just 7 months ago. And the danger is still present. Our adversaries weren't been able to touch us or hurt us cause of our great military so they've found another way of taking us down. By destroying us from within, by destroying our democracy and our way of life. And all that with the help from Americans themselves. We have definitely lost the level of military supremacy we've had for the last 30 years. But that's not a big deal, we can still invest into new technology and regain that edge. But if we loose our allies, like we almost did during the Orange Buffoon's term, that's it.. We're gone cause we can't fight China or Russia by ourselves.
paw paw is dead. idc if he was in the military bruh
@@markbrisec3972 instead you help elect a person that can barely speak a full sentence and doesn't know where he is half the time. Nice standards you have. You rather have us pay most of the bill, why your so called allies short-change us?

Stand with your values, from your German friends.
Now they are in Indonesia. They landed with more than 2000 people. This is biggest exercise with Indo in history
It's only an exercise if the equipment comes back other wise it's a forward deployment.
There's a fight coming unless someone (China) backs off of it's aggressions and threats against it neighbours and the US has a lot of other countries ready to join in.
@@IMGreg.. One ship to Indonesia, the other Taiwan.

its just an emergency deployment exercise, do you think theyll stay over seas for good?
@@Cam-nq8br ya, theres too much happening in the south china sea. British fleet, Australian fleet, indian fleet, Japanese fleet....way too much to be normal snap excercises. Theve redeployed 70,000 troops to bases all over the Pacific. Not just navy, but army and airforce. They just abandoned afganistan over night. Have you seen any video on that? I was stationed there twice in the last 10 years. The largest most active base in the middle east just abandoned overnight. I haven't heard anything yet or recieved any deployment notifications yet, but my gut is screaming. 🇺🇸👍 watch your six
At the beginning of the video it stated that they were moving from Tacoma, Washington to Southern California so technically they never left the US.

Are they retreating from Afghanistan? That where all those equipment are going?
Or is it true that a lot of the equipment is falling into Taliban hands?

A lot of military equipment is also been unloaded to the port of Alexadroupolis northern Greece, around 400 motorized vehicles, and on the island of Crete, it must be part of the American military exercise in 17 different time zones, basically encircling the planet
You're thinking of Large Scale Exercise 2021. That massive exercise does have a European Command component however, its a Navy & Marine Corps focused exercise in the Pacific.
What you're seeing in Alexadroupolis is a major port for movement of equipment to the Romanian area of operations for Atlantic Resolve.
It's rapid reserves placement. When a region of potential conflict is realized they position their reserve forces near by so they can be brought into action quickly. Not all in one area but a dozen areas so they are dispersed. But ready.

People don't realize how much preparation there is for a regular deployment, let alone an emergency deployment .
The military is literally a giant machine.
I've done both and there is a huge amount of preparation for them. An emergency deployment tends to need a lot more training. On the way to Desert Storm the ship I was stationed on received a 3 week notice before deployment and after we loaded out and left Home Port we trained all day every day until we arrived in theater.

Most people don't realize that if United States wanted to move forces in mass to support an ally, for example Taiwan, the only way it could be done is by sea. A C-5 Galaxy, one of the world largest cargo air craft can only lift one tank at a time. The United States for this purpose maintains under the National Defense Reserve Fleet, including the military-focused Ready Reserve Force (RRF) a vast array of ships in various levels of readiness to accomplish the task. SS Cape Isabel (T-AKR-5062) out of Long Beach, is just one of the "Ro-Ro" ships available. USNS Bob Hope (T-AKR-300) is the lead ship of its class of vehicle cargo ships for Army vehicle prepositioning.

Yes, Please Stick To Places Reachable By Ship , NOT Landlocked In Central Asia
Just saying: The ties from the vehicles connected to the ship; if they go straight down, they wont carry any load, and the vehicles can shift causing unbalance and that can capsize the ship.
The load should be tied down with an angle to the load, and not straight down. That is not what is meant with "to tie down".
That also happened to a transport plane of the USAF airforce. The load was connected straight down. That snapped the ties caused the load to slide crashing the plane. Look for: "Cargo Boeing 747 crashes at Bagram Airfield". That was the plane that had the load sliding.
I hope you all stay safe now!

Jeff
