What if you already have it downloaded and want to install new version? I am unable to install new version because when I try to drag it into application folder it says I can't replace it because Brave Browser app is in use. Suggestions? Thank you!

You can't install a new version of Brave Browser while the current version is in use. To update Brave, you'll need to close the browser first. Here's what you can do:

mine is M1 chip, I download it for M1 but when I try to run setup, it says something and nothing happens. Should I download Intel one as well?
