the unofficial skins aka fart delinquent among us skins, goku drip. are abit of a 50/50 in arsenal u can use them but dev need to set the server up so they are in the game. aka toad. he made them so he could add his own custom skins but not have to put them in the main game. so he just injects his code into the game for his current server and boom. he gets them.

I'm pretty sure that the reason that some are in the admin section even they aren't admin was because they are rarity as red. Which probably means Admin, which is also why VIP kill effect was in admin

The reason Delinquent Thats Cool and DWNB are in the admin skins was because they were categorized by their rarity.
This is the same case for the VIP and PORTAL Kill Effects.

i think there is another skin and emote, the skin is where u can use youre avatar in arsenal, like regular avatar, and it will be custom arsenal made with the body, and the sit emote, where u just sit. sitting down
