- My video did pretty well from last year's cyphers so I decided to make an updated ranking with the 2022 XXL freshman class cyphers releasing this week. This list was very fun to make, especially because I enjoy seeing the freshman class cyphers every year.

For me G Herbo is #2 right behind JID, something about his slightly off beat and almost out of breath delivery makes it hit so much harder and he blends perfect w the beat. overall solid list tho

If you do this again for next year it would help to have a brief explanation on why the rapper is at that particular spot
I would tbh but doing 120 of them would take wayyyy too long. I tried to explain some during the video using other clips. (Regular show reference for Big Scarr, face palms for Iggy, etc.) But if you want me to explain anything you can comment and if I see it and it’s not rude or demanding I’ll reply

I swear everyone always has respect and ranks Joey's music as awsome, probably the best representation if new york we have, yet he's not really as big as he should. Idk if it's a label/marketing thing or if he just wants to stay "underground" but like shit. Even the past couple years he performed that awsome tribute song on the bet awards and has been on rolling loud and a bunch if other festivals and still, when I talk about him, not many ppl even know who he is.
