@@sttyxgunzzzzdo u want a high end pc or a low end, sense high ends can get to around 3000-4000? and what are u using it for, are u using it solely for gaming, high end gaming or low end, what type of games do u play? etc etc. it really depends on the person, although i dont have my own gaming pc yet im going to ship one to my house this week.
and sense u know nothing about gaming pcs/regular pcs, id recommend buying a pre built. if u want some website recommendations for em then just hmu, reply to this and i should reply soon.

congrats! coding? creating websites? idk there are so many options but if u can code programs for example u just ahead of 99% of pc users and it can help you to get good jobs with really good income later in life.

Make sure to overclock it using MSI Afterburner but not top much ir else the gpu will overheat but it's already powerful without overclocking.

hey! lil pc goblin here, i only learned about the makings of pcs just around a week ago and i can tell some stuff about your pc
4060 is great! BUT 4090 is worth it, next time if you ever get a gaming pc again, u should most likely get that, i would also recommend a matching setup with your existing one, as rgb IS cool, i can tell u that. it isnt as good as matching your setup. also how much space do u have, do u have a external ssd? i got a bunch of questions, but ill only bore u with the ones i already asked u. thanks man! i hope u have a great time with your pc!
take this from a pc goblin, i dont have a pc yet myself, but im getting a high end one this week! i wouldnt recommend buying from amazon sense most people from there are resellers, id recommend buying from trusted sites. thats it!
why would he make an upgrade to a 4070 when there isn't a shocking performance difference and by the time he upgrades the RTX 4090 will probably be affordable

Who cares if it is value since many things are value but the price of the product doesn't change. might as well recommend him to upgrade his whole pc to a 14900k and 4090 with 128gb or ram because it is "value"

aye bro you can just watch a few tutorials and it'll walk you through every step, but worse casenario you could just take it to some tech store or pc repair shop near you and if they're cool they'll help you for a small fee

@@ShadoW-jv8ud you wouldnt for sure but you need to be on dx11 or dx12 because amd cards arent built for performance mode so ur fps would go down by like 40%
yeah you would get over 200+ fps normally, in like an end game though during tourneys and such you would drop to around 100 maybe.
