The "Files" project is something I'm doing to share game play footage of every video game I own.
As I'm cleaning, testing & taking inventory of my 30+ year collection of games, I thought it would be neat to share some of that experience.
All of my videos are taken directly from the carts/discs I own and played by either myself or my son. Games are played on Original Hardware or sometimes HD Clone Systems.
This will be a long project, but one we will also enjoy.

I remember in the UK version, they re-dubbed the V-smile mascot with a female British voice in the startup title, but they didn't bother re-dubbing this game, so I never understood why the mascot changed accents (and genders)

I was replacing a magenta ink cartridge today and I could hear his voice saying it in my head but couldn't place what it was from until I saw this video! so many memories from vsmile!

Because of how it sounds here, my 4 year old ears totally misheard it. I legit thought it was pronounced "mageja" for a while. Fortunately, my Mum corrected me, but would still remind me of it later down the line.

This was one of the few V. Smile games where V. Pal appears as the main focus. The other games include V. Smile Jammin' Gym Class and the Smart Keyboard game. I think the Smart Keyboard game featured V. Pal as the main focus of the game, since this is one of the games where he has a physical appearance as a protagonist.

The V.Smile is 16-bit, and it runs on a very oddball architecture that is shared by the JAKKS Pacific Plug And Play games, called the SunPlus SPG240 SoC. It is nothing like the SNES.

@@robloxfan23_ It's nothing like the Genesis of SNES. The SunPlus SPG240 System-on-a-Chip has its own custom CPU instruction set named SunPlus μ'nSP. The SNES has a 65C816 CPU, and the Genesis has a Motorola 68000 CPU.
