I know Mr. Thunderstorm, and I know his brothers, I know his mom, and I knew his father Ron. I remember his father playing the grand piano in his living room. He came from a good, wholesome family. The last time I saw him he was playing drums. He’s a hardworking guy who will go on to do great things. Hats off…

When you hear someone for the first time and you know 100% you would listen to a whole album they sing. For me he is one of less than 10 people I felt this with and i have watched a lot of singing shows and musicians.

Loved absolutely all of Thunderstorm’s songs, but what sealed it for me was his prayer and his talk with his dad right before Wonderful World. He can sing, obviously, but he’s a good man with a beautiful soul. He has a place in this world and he didn’t have to win the Voice to secure it. May God bless and keep you Thunder. ❤️🙏 🎶

I am sure it's genetics and maybe a mixture of growing up in Hawaii, but this young man has an old soul. Such a refreshing change of what is assumed a young, black man should sing. I am hopeful that true talent will come back in popular music. Real singers, real songwriters, real musicians and musical diversity.
I grew up loving James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Carole King, Dolly Parton, the Beatles, Nat King Cole, Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra, Herb Albert, Dave Brubeck, Tom Jones, Edwin Hawkins and so many others with equal passion. Hopefully, all styles of music will come back to the mainstream.

Why have I not seen Thunderstorm win a Grammy yet?
I have been listening to his channel for a couple of years and I wondered back then WHY DOESN'T ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS KID; I'm amazed that he didn't win "the Voice" BUT this video didn't allow me to really compare him with anyone except the lady he sung with in the battle round. Regardless I think he's extraordinary and I plan to continue to listen to his music 🎶.
Because the devil own the music industry. Their music has to sound exactly as they wanted, the message also the same thing.
They will not allow *TRUE* music sounding in this world on the Devil platform.
The media is the Devil platform and they will use specifically for their messages.
Thunderstorm will soon disappear. But it's okay because there will always another thunderstorm that send beautiful message everywhere around the world.... even though they only have small listener.

I remember that guy singing when he was a teen at the ice cream parlor in Haleiewa, Hawaii. I knew it was him when he started singing because he had that energy. He used to sing with his siblings too and it was nice. Its cool watching talent grow! Hawaii also has a lot of talented local singers and they do not need autotune pedals either!

He is I truly believe the best male soul artist ever to sung on these shows. The Voice dies a poor job of recalling getting behind and helping take them to Superstars the way Idol does.
the tonality of his voice is unique, do you know how difficult it is for some singers to imitate that raspiness? Yet he has it naturally. These are the type of voices that Stand out the most, a voice that doesn't need to hit high notes or low notes, but a voice that has unique qualities.
He just absolutely blew me away he made tears fall down my face and when he did that whistle that did something to my soul you go ahead thunderstorm what a perfect name for you. Peace and power to you
What I like with this guys singing is it is very, very clear! I can hear every syllable, every word!
And he isn't rushing the music. Phrasing is one of the things that separate the good from the great! Sinatra had a way of being right behind the beat which was part of his signature style.
There Is another guy, named Douglas, on AMERICAN IDOL, this year. Would be beyond fantastic to hear them sing together, as they would push the other even to a higher level---- if that is even possible to do!
