I had this surgery you are talking about after domestic violance back in 1980 and the criminal injuries board gave a payout but because I did not have the money for a lawyer I was told the amount would drastically drop which it did. If he were black and she was white, he would be in jail and if he got out a restraining order would not allow him to be living next door to her. Also the son would have a restraining order against him as well.
@@ktlcampbell8192 exactly. My heart is broken. I don't know what town she lives in, but that court system and that sheriff's office is totally anti justice for this woman of color. Definitely setting a precedence against her due to her ethnicity.
