@DorsetRod I'm a Portlander, my Dad was at Osprey too and I remember not being able to get off the island many times! I remember my mum driving me to school and seeing the men sweeping all the shells and stones off the roads :)
live on portland. been here over 2 years and love it. it does have its ways but it makes it a special place and a place to get fond of. With places like dannys hardware and pubs like the cove house inn what else do you need
@DorsetRod It certainly is beautiful, we lived in Reforne up top. I get fed up with people putting it down, visitors come from all over to see Chesil! And going up to the Bill when it's stormy, nothing like being smacked in the face with sea foam :) lol
