- Endurance Riders are all about the miles! Today we rode miles 6 to 13 on our quest to beat last year's total of over 300 and to continue to train for a 100 mile endurance ride. We've been riding the beach and around the farm. Today is our first ride actually on a "trail" in 2024. Come and join us! If you are a nature lover or just enjoy easy flowing conversation and horses, this is the video for you!
💞 your channel. We do a lot of trail riding in the summer and fall to condition for hunter pacing.
What a great idea. It's wondeful to do different things with our partners!
Enjoyed coming along on your adventure today! Hopefully you will find the connection route soon! I hope the boys get their pedicures soon. Can’t wait to see how the next one goes!
Thanks. We sure enjoy the company. Working on the next video now! It's a long one. May have to split it in two!
Thanks for taking us along, hope you find the wayy through. 👍
Love taking others along! We will find a way through - we've worked too hard to give up now!
You two are having too much fun. Lol. Love watching your adventures and "riding" along virtually. Heres to a great summer ahead.
Ride on with us Anna! We are having lots of fun!
Really enjoy your rides! Thank you!
Thank YOU for watching and commenting!
Welcome back, we’ve missed you ❤
Aww. I love that we are building a community here. Internet has opened up the world, for sure.
I think you guys are so cool and I think you are both extraordinary! Have you thought about putting boots on your horses until you get shoes back on? I use scoot boots and I love them.
Aww thanks! Feels "weird" to be called "cool" I have a whole box of boots...every type and description but Kohl has been hard to fit...because of the shape of his feet rocks get down into the boot behind his leg. Have tried them all I think. Some of our other horses go great in boots. Thanks for the sugestion though...love that others are trying to problem solve with us!!!
Regarding camera angle, I use the gopro app on my phone to see if everything is in view, then shut off the app and just control the camera manually once I lock in the angle.
When I have my ducks in a row, I do something similar...used to do it all the time. Lately my phone is buried under two layers of pants and difficult to get at. Spring layers will be coming off soon!
@@diaryofanendurancerider Fanny pack solves that problem for me.
LOVE THIS!
What are your saddles?
Kohl had on a Wintec Endurance and SJ's is a basic lesson saddle that we bought at Greenhawks about 10 years ago! Think it's called "Sigma". That little thing has outlasted some top brand models!
Don't jinx yourself by saying "they're extremely calm".😂
You are so RIGHT! You would think we would know better by now!
