Not enough sunscreen is being used so the UV rays will get through and give skin damage and make skin prone to skin cancer. Also, after applying sunscreen and moisturizer you've scraped off the sunscreen and moisturizer you just applied. May be better to use gua sha after you wash you skin while damp. Then apply sunscreen first and then moisturizer per dermatologists' recommendation. Just trying to be helpful since Vogue has a big reach-wanna make sure the advice being given is sound and medically correct. Maybe consult with your derm.

This sunscreen it’s a oil cream, so maybe she puts before just to penetrate more e then you can put anything after knowing that the sunscreen it is already there, especially if you’re using make up, you can’t put the sunscreen after make up for exemple

She has sun damage. She didn’t use enough sunscreen, rubbed it away, then diluted it with moisturizer on top. Sunscreen should always be the last step of your skincare routine and you should use at least a teaspoon for your face.

Sunscreen is always the last skincare step
Yes, her sponge soaked up all sunscreen she applied, but otherwise it depends on your sunblock and on your makeup products. What sticks to the skin best goes first.
When your foundation melts with oil you produced, it will drag down all your sunscreen from pores, exposing them to damage and they will enlarge. My sunblock sticks so good, I can't remove it with micellar water.

It's not about chemical vs mineral, it's the fact that she used two drops for her whole face + spf 30 is not enough.
@@ChromeDrone. Freckles are not birth marks. It is the way your skin produces melanin in response to sun exposure. We have melanin producing spots under epithelium and some people's spots produce melanin in clusters called freckles.
