I agree so hard about removing the toilet. It's not hard for folks who've never done it, it gives you a chance to check your wax seal, and it just looks a million times better. It's one of those things were an extra 5% effort gives 90% improvement on the result!
Thanks! What did you do at the door transition and the wall edges? There isn't a close up, but you can see it's not completely flush. Just regular calk?
