Dan, Nicely done action video. I always wondered what this tubing route looked like. Many years ago I crossed the San Luis Rey River to the south side and explored the Pine Mtn Area (private) and also did it from Pamo Valley by mtb. There is some nice land up high in those mountains. Clearly there are plenty of natural hazards in the tubing waterway that most people would take for granted, but of course the Indian Reservations are less worried about all the liabilities most other venues would worry about and probably not permit this kind of activity. I wonder if this was only possible because of the high rainfall we had that year or if it is a regular activity?
