- Kangra, Himachal mein hue iss vaakye mein, jahan ek vyakti par dogs khaane ka aarop laga...cheezen abhi saaf nahi huin ki kya jo kaha gaya, woh sach hai ya veham.
Kisi ko blame karna na sirf asaan hai, kahin pe usme hamein thoda maza saa bhi aane lagta hai. Aur ek bar man mein koi baat baith jaaye to use nikalna mushkil ho jaata hai, to bina pukhta saboot ke koi dharna banana galat hoga.
Khaaskar isliye bhi kyun ki ham log apne ko galat paane par yeh bolna mushkil paate hain, ki "main galat thaa".
To ham is par with an open mind hi aage badenge aur aap bhi iss mudde par - ya main to kahunga kisi bhi mudde par - ek open view rakhiyega.

A similar kind of incident happened near our locality where an aghori baba who used to live in the shamshaan ghaat was keeping a lot of puppies in his shelter and used to feed them as well. One day I found all those puppies dead and were placed all together one over the other in havan kund and eventually the aghori baba was not even there. Seems to be related to spiritual activities or black magic as the person in video also talking about spirits and more interested in puppies.
Please do monitor him.

Noting is fishy, even if he eats meat of dogs still there is no issue,bcoz people eat hen,cow,rabbits, goat,fishes and many more then adding one more animal in the menu is not gonna change anything.
The good thing is that if we consider he is eating or doing wrong with the dogs , dogs are still protective towards him , and this explains their affection towards him, which is more than sufficient.Plus all dog r healthy and no wounds or injury can be seen.
Woh 100 rupees ka khud nahi khata toh dogs kyu paise dekhe khilayega.Woh rice, roti bacha hua raste par mila khana hi khilata hoga so money issue ka koi sawal hi nahi hai.
