When the packaging doesn't want to tell you what exactly the flavors and scents are, there's a red flag! Vague ingredients could be anything.

Agreed! I hate seeing “natural flavors”… I immediately think, we’ll what is it 🤷🏾♀️. It’s a ‘no’ for me. I immediately suspect they’re trying to hide something.

I just used the tap water link and my local water supply has 9 contaminants that exceed the guidelines (which doesn't include the ones that are below the guideline) and the two with the most are Bromodichloromethane and chloroform ! I'm scared to look at the rest. My mom has never really trusted tap water so we usually buy our drinking water but I do not feel good about showering, washing my hands, face, vegetables, etc with this water.

Great video. I learned a few tips even though I feel I have a pretty nontoxic kitchen. But why do you even mention a microwave? Surly you know what it does to food?
I’m not sure where in the video I mention a microwave since I filmed this a very long time ago! Yes, I’m aware.
Which is better cast iron or iron ? I'm trying to change my household so I'm a little confused.
I use cast iron, copper and stainless steel.
What fluoride filter do you use?
It’s the fluoride filter from berkey - it’s called PF-2 I think
I love wool balls but they don’t eliminate the static. Any ideas?
To be honest… I don’t use anything these days. No static for some reason. I think because I only fry my clothes on “ultra dry” setting - so the lowest possible setting for the least amount of time possible. Keeps clothes nicer longer.
I use vinegar as fabric softener and I find that helps with the static as well.
