  • Hi everyone, as promised in the last video where I unboxed and reviewed the Shoei Neotec 3 helmet, this video is finally up.
I will be unboxing, reviewing & installing the ‪@CardoSystemsGlobal‬ Packtalk Edge chassis kit to my Neotec 3 ready to use on my new commuting bike. I’ll give my general experience of the unit as well as I have had it for over a year installed onto my Hornet ADV.
Any questions or suggestions, always happy to hear from you all, so drop a comment below and I’ll get on it as soon as I can.
I’d like to thank ‪@jandsaccessories30‬ for helping me source the unit, eventually, and a big thankyou to Albert ‪@jandsaccessories30‬ Eltham.
Thanks for watching, and please remember to like and subscribe, and hit that bell icon for notifications of all the latest reviews and videos!
    Stay safe out there!

I tried out a few universal comm’s on my GT Air 2, none of which was really satisfactory, in the end I rolled over and purchased an SLR2 unit built specifically for the helmet. It’s coming up for renewal and I’m considering the Neotec 3, same old issues remain with universal units - although I would say you did a good job with the Cardo unit showing how you can make it work. Good luck with it 👍

They'll probably make soon some Cardo adapter plate like they did for the neotec 2 and gt air 2. Be patient and once a month google something like "Cardo plate for shoei neotec 3", and one day you will have success 😅

Nice thanks for the heads up, I never had the mark 2 so wasn’t aware of this! Thanks!

@@GSAdvenger probably someone already worked some 3D printed plate, and if you know someone who has the printer and some digital skills, I bet it's not that hard to do it.
Cardo will certainly have an official one, but I bet it might take a while.
I don't really know how it works but they obviously need permission from shoei and sena to do it, and I bet shoei and sena will not give the permission yet, so they can sold as many slr3 as possible.

How well did the sticky pad hold on the helmet until now? My one sticked only for ~50% on the helmet and the rest released after few hours.

Hi, why didn’t you opt for the SRL 3 as this would have fitted as designed?
