Happy Monday Babes! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are ready to take on the week. Here's another meal prep video to start your week. In this video I feature 3 super quick, easy and delicious meals that are sure to spice up your meal plan. My new favorite meal preps are sheet pan meals, so efficient and quick! I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. czcams.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

These meals look so great. Next time you do the overnight apples and cinnamon oats, try adding vanilla extract and nutmeg. Makes it taste out of this world yummy! Just a suggestion. Love all the recipes tho!
Do you heat the overnight oats ?? Or it’s personal preference

You cut those apples perfectly !! So yum 🍎 For the over night oats you could stir all the exact same ingredients into one big bowl and then pore the mixture into the mason jars so you save time on mixing each individually and that way it all gets combined thoroughly too. This is a good way if you are calorie counting as well. Xx 💖

Something that adds extra sweetness for me is using coconut oil for sauteing my apples for overnight oats. Love your recipes! Never apologize for how much cinnamon you use, you're supposed to measure that with your heart.
Caution - Excess cinnamon is not safe for women wanting to conceive.

I like what you did here. Totally doable. I like that it’s four days worth. It’s practical and ideal since we go out on the weekends. This can also last more days with fasting. I realize I don’t need to eat as much unless I’m active (which does need more work)

Girlll I feel you! I’ve been in this lazy funk too ordering too much DoorDash, eating random food and inevitably feeling just blah. As soon as you cut those apple I was like uh uh let me get my lazy ass up and do some meal prep. Even though it’s Wednesday evening I’ll still get food prepared for next few days so I can try get back into a routine. This convenient lifestyle is doing nothing for myself and my budget 😅

i made all 3 meals, and they are so good. oh yes,im a new fan. now my family wants to meal prep. keep these meals coming please. The only thing i did wrong was i made my overnight oats a little TOO sweet but tolerable. For me I dont like to eat TOO sweet breakfast items. Next week when i make them, i will cut back on the honey. Also this is my first time eating and trying chia seeds. Let me tell you, if ur not eating them, YOU better start. Im going to start putting chia seeds in my meals i cook for my family. For the overnight oats recipe, i only used 1 tablespoon per mason jar. I used the badia chia seeds.

I have been meal prepping for 3 weeks and doing IF. I eat the same meal for a week because I do not have time to think about what I am going to eat. This ismotivating. I want to adopt this lifestyle
Hey now....I'm going to try, again, the over night oats. I loooove oatmeal, however, in the past, I wasn't sold on the cold oats & possibly the recipe.... it included yogurt & I love yogurt, just not in my oatmeal 🙃 Your recipe looks good & it's my favorite one (those lil quick packs) The addition of the chia seeds is different, however, gives you that lil crunch & it's healthy. I'll try leaving it out for a lil to get room temp & see how that goes. Even though I don't like Buffalo chicken 😕 your salads look good!! Thank you for sharing!

Heyy girl!! It’s too funny you made the cinnamon apple overnight oats cause I just made that the other day before work! I loved it, but I did find that the skin on the Apple isn’t the same after cooking it vs eating it. Hope you like it though.
I got inspired by someone else on YT to use the apples and oatmeal to make a apple cinnamon oatmeal cake desert! Can’t wait to try that this week

Looks great. You can peel whole celery so you don't choke. Also, I put a lot of meat tenderizer on flank steak, poke holes in it on both sides with a fork and let sit for 30 min. Then season how you want but do not add salt as the tenderizer has a lot of salt.
I just recently heard you can also sprinkle baking soda on it and set it aside for 10-15 minutes, rinse off, then pat it dry and voila same meat tenderizing affects. Hope this helps someone who may want to try this.
