- Glasgow to Belfast by Bus (Citylink) and Ferry (Stena Line) leaving the Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station with a quick stop at Ayr Bus Station before reaching the Loch Ryan Port in Cairnryan. From Loch Ryan Port in Cairnryan take the Stena Line ferry to the Stena Line Ferry port in Belfast. Then take a bus/coach with Citylink/Translink to the Belfast Europa Buscentre in central Belfast.

I've always wondered what the bus journey from Glasgow to Belfast would be like, thanks for documenting it in your video 🙂
Silly cheap as well. Like £30 or so from Buchanan to Europa with Citylink when we did it. Similar for Stena tickets alone.
Thank you for the video! In the ferry boat 🚤, is there a place to store the luggage? Thank you!
I have a question: when you buy the ticket through CintyLink, is the cost of the ferry ticket already included? Or do you have to arrive at the port to buy the ferry ticket?
It’s included in the ticket. You’ll hop off one bus at the boat, board, then onto another bus on the opposite side.
Hi, I am doing this exact trip in October; not able to book right now as the City link website hasn't opened up dates in October. Did you purchase one ticket from Cityline which included the bus trip to Cairnryan, cost of ferry and then bus trip to Belfast Europa?
Yes it included the full trip straight from Glasgow to Belfast. Had to double check it at the time because it’s near the same price as the ferry crossing alone but yes, all is included.
@@allanwilson Thank you!
there is any security or visa checking in bus or ship please reply??
No, can travel with just ID as it’s part of the UK.
Can i buy the ticktet from the driver? Thk
I’m not certain. Maybe in the station. But I think it’s best to buy through Citylink then just show it when boarding.
