this song never gets old only gets better the more i listen to it
I normally don't review back catalogue, but since the band themselves asked me nicely, I gave this tune a listen. This band are a refreshingly original Modern Metal outfit, which is no mean feat in a very crowded music market. This song is a grower - you have to give it several plays to appreciate it. The tempo is very syncopated, but not over-syncopated and the song flows nicely through its' structure, and you gradually, over several plays, pick up the sophisticated minor-key melody and lyrics.
Because their music, though quality, isn't instantly digestible, this band is never going to be an overnight sensation, but I can see them steadily building a core of fanatical fans who will be just big enough to keep the band in business if they're prepared to put the gigs and the miles in. This is well worthy of your Mordern, Alternative or Prog Metal playlist. My Score: Very Good 4*

I went to Visby and Stockholm for a youth missionary trip in 2001 because less than 1% were Believers.
