RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
One liter bottle.
Cut out a hole.
Dark chocolate 130gr.
Sugar 80gr.
Cocoa 50 g.
Milk 350ml.
Cream 450ml.
Gelatin 40gr.
Water 120gr.
Mix thoroughly.
Heat, but do not bring to a boil.
Melt the chocolate.
Filter through a sieve.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the bottle.
Cover with cling film.
Refrigerate until completely solidified.
Cream 50ml.
Gelatin 2gr.
Dark chocolate 100gr.
Waterfall.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Pour cream with gelatin.
Mix everything thoroughly.
The chocolate mass froze.
Carefully remove from bottle.
Trim the edges.
Sprinkle with the chocolate glaze.
Cool in the refrigerator.
