      Never trust the banks there. Always have money kept back. Wishing y’all the best.
      You also need to be careful when you withdraw your money, you might get held up by desperate people. Just a precautionary measure.

    • @pattystephens5977
      @pattystephens5977 Před 2 lety +1

      Why does the bank not have a good back up system! We have disasters here in the states too, but we are never kept from our own money. Do y’all not have debit cards you can use in stores? Or is it because there is no electricity. They all should have generators. So sad. Please take good care of yourselves. The doctor is so caring. He knows of the situation there. Lesson learned.. always have money in hand.

Nice rule of tumb is to keep a emergency back up like maybe 10k in case of sudden situation. I know this was not on your mind cause no one though t the typhoon would not be that bad. I saw they yes power is back in some parts. hope by the next vedio your power has been restored. When all things are back to normal, because you live in a country where you get typhoons, make sure you are always prepared before typhoon season begins.
    Store non-perishable food, batteries, battery or solar powered lanterns, and if you can invest on a Sattelite phone and a generator do it. A power inverter for your car helps too.

    Loki that, baby looks like mama mia! You have family overseas, best to have them send $$ via Western Union or similar way. We did that and got money fast, we are in Bohol and Cebu very hard hit places, at least you have trees left, Bohol (UBAY) and most areas no longer have none, looks like you guys got it way better than us structural wise. Also, going forward I will save $$$ in my house at least to last 1 month. Plus when prior to storms, you should fill up all your cars with gas and save tons of drinking water and buy generator, chainsaw and solar rechargeable units. GL man.

    There is a reason why banks are closed also, there will be a change in system. I have known a long time ago to keep cash because these things will happen and I have already stored food and water for a year now. There are only few people who believed that these things will happen. It will happen all over the world. Try to barter for stuff, maybe your plants or skills. Go to a farm and offer to work so that you can get food. God bless you.

    I CANNOT BELIEVE, UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU ARE MAKING VACCINATING YOUR DAUGHTER WHO IS NOT OLD WITH ANY UNDERLYING HEALTH CONDITIONS THAT WOULD MAKE HER VULNERABLE TO COVID SERIOUS ILLNESS, A PRIORITY!
