This album and song got me through some really dark times, I was having a nervous breakdown and suffering from panic attacks and terrible anxiety disorder I made it through it and learned alot about myself and life. With God and your inner strength you can make it. I pray peace and Love to anyone going through mental health problems and dont wish them on anyone. I love you all and hope you are well.

Rob´s body and face gestures when he sings "I know they´ve been talking about me, i can hear them whisper, and it makes me think there must be something wrong with me" are so touching. Many of us can relate to that anguish, that dreaded idea of people talking behind your back, of being worthless and not good enough (for something or someone).
