#JimmyFallon - Komedie
I met Steve Carell at a restaurant in San Francisco with my then 4 year old twins. Nobody else was in the restaurant so I brought the kids over and told them it was Gru. He was so nice and spoke to the kids (yes in the voice). I had just bought my son a magic trick and Steve and Nancy asked him to show it to them. So he is as nice and down to earth as the people he talks about in this clip.
did you bother him when he was eating you asshole.
So lucky I'm currently watching The Office on season 2 and it has already become my favourite Comedy and I have watched lot of comedy shows Like Friends, TBBT , Modern Family...the office is currently my favourite
:O
He owns a general store with his wife in the town next to my hometown in Massachusetts. He'll sometimes show up and stock shelves, run the cash register, etc. Sometimes he'll announce he's coming on the general store's website and a crowd of people will show up to meet him and take pictures. But sometimes he'll just work a shift and not let anyone know. (This was before Covid - he still owns the store but the visits I'm referencing were before) Those times were my favorite, I use to love stopping by and seeing him there, and just casually chatting with him in an empty store. Most down to earth celebrity I've ever met who truly appreciates and understands that the fans are what made him what he is today.
That's awesome!!💯🙌😄
I still can’t get the office out of my head whenever I look at him or hear his voice, he’s just one of the living legends out there.
LITERALLY
It’s like Michael Scott ‘made it’ 😆
Yeeessss me too !!!
The american office is still shit
I’m sorry for you
Michael’s improv classes clearly paid dividends. From Blindguy Mcsqueezy to this Steve Carell guy. Incredible
He always used to do a gun scene there......He used to kill us with it........I was there with him...........
I know it'll never happen, but if I ever run into him, I'll say, "Wow Michael, congratulations on getting the part for Steve Carell! You really play the part well!"
That’s what she said!
Michael used to show up at improv olympic, and would do these "Steve Carrell" sci-fi riffs with his comedy twin.
Blind guy mcsqueezy is my favorite
I don’t think anyone can dislike this man. He’s just so lovable
check out the youtube of him with PUPPIES.....so awesome!
I loved him in date night
He seems like such a great guy. Really love Steve's overall vibe.
This might sound weird but his best role was in pawn stars 😄
@@SirMrZombie "what's that supposed to mean??" 😅
As much as I love his comedies, he still manages to astound me with his dramatic roles.
Beautiful Boy crushed me. I don't usually cry at movies, but I bawled
Fox catcher is another!
He absolutely stole the show in The Morning Show - a must watch
it's generally a natural transition, as comedians are often very astute and wise to society's dark side in order to produce comedy.
This man ages so beautifully. It seems like the office just finished last year.
Steve Carell got the silver fox look GOING ON! This is the look I want as I get older 🔥
Same!
Yes, he looks more attractive now than he did in The Office imo
@@amazingsupergirl7125 one can only pray lol
@@FishandShips oooo not a hot take
Steve is the man!!! Just finished rewatching The Office for the 11th time, funniest guy 😂
You mean his writers
Watching the "Office" is therapy for me.
12th time is the charm. I watched TNG 12 times, swore to my wife and kids I'm done.
@@Rapido20 No, he’s naturally funny in interviews being himself. Did you not watch this video?
Met him while he was filming Irresistible and he did the Gru voice for my kids. Such a great guy.
so cool i know your kids freaked out
Wow, when Jimmy chills out he's actually a decent interviewer.
nah fam
No, he sucks. Your generation deserves alot better.
Got damn, Steve is aging like a fine wine. What a handsome man!
I think I’m the only one who loves Dan In Real Life. Steve is absolutely fantastic in it. I laughed, I cried, and I still watch it a few times a year
I love it too! It’s underrated. I watch it whenever I feel sentimental.
One of my all-time favorite movies!
Wonderful movie. Was totally charmed by it.
Super underrated movie
It's such a perfect movie, he's so cute in It too. The movie Is lovely overall.
His just getting more handsome as he ages how's he doing that

Can’t Wait For Him In Minions: The Rise Of Gru
It’s minion time
@@kjm0677 XD, Morbius reference
Must see with kids - my daughter was busting a gut. It was as much fun as Despicable me, with great Buster Keaton "Cops" style build-ups with the minions.
Best writing on gags they have done yet!
Thank god u guys uploaded an extended version because my god it was such a short interview on tv
Love Steve he’s so down to earth and funny as hell love that guy
Steve Carell is the best, man, I remember watching this when it was first uploaded, now watching it back again nearly two years later I'm reminded of his authenticity and kindness
Steve = comedy genius
CRAZY, STUPID LOVE and 40yr old VIRGIN are my favorite!!!
I love how Fallon asks Carell about meeting Alice Cooper. As soon as Steve starts to answer the question, Fallon cuts him off and talks about when he met Alice Cooper. Classic Fallon interviewing skills.
I know man. It’s bad enough to watch but it must be infuriating for the guests.
That’s not Alice Cooper, that’s prison Mike
Little Miss Sunshine and Dan in Real Life are two of my favorite works of his.
Lol the little kid Gru voice was super cute! 😂❤ Expert work!
I actually watched 40 year old version yesterday. I forgot how funny that movie really is.
version? spelling much.......
I just watched it on Thursday
It's a really good movie lol cheesy but good
love Steve Carell.. loved this interview with Jimmy!..😁
"Waaaaaa doughnuts" 🤣. Very Steven Tyler
I could listen to Steve do Gru all day
theres just something about certain people that you just can't stop smiling and giggly with. Steve is one of those people along with people like Robin Williams (rest in peace) and so many more that i just can't think at the moment
He says that many of the audience don't know the 'where's the beef? lady, but he probably forgot that this was in the office and any fan knows her of that scene.
Thanks for making me feel old 😅 because I definitely remember that commercial. 🤣😂
Alice Cooper came into a restaurant I worked in years ago & was really, really nice. Great tipper.
Cooper...
A friend's uncle played golf with a guy named Vince Furnier in AZ. He showed a picture of them together. It was Alice Cooper. Guy had no idea who he was other than a fellow golfer
@@albertaadams4640 strange to hear the name Vincent, i think only his mother still uses that name , everyone else ( even his wife) calls him Alice
@@sophiecooper1824 it was a older group of guys, maybe he called himself Vince instead of explaining to guys 20+ years older why his name was Alice.
( This was 20 some years ago BTW)
@@albertaadams4640 makes sense
When Steve said Alice coppers reaction “waahhhhh donuts” Looked like he scared himself a little 😂 lol
He reminds me of that one cool teacher you have in high school that you remember forever
Awesome interview with Steve Carell. Two of my favorite comedians. Jimmy Fallon and Steve Carell.
You should watch him with Colbert... it is super funny and I gave the hugest crushes on them.. their wives are so lucky imo lol
"WAAAAAAUU DOUGHNUTS!"
- Steven Tyler
- Steve Carrell.
Steve Carell should play Alice Cooper in a Alice Cooper biopic.
You can’t not like this guy he’s just an all around cool guy 🥰
Great interview
absolutely tho he's just an iconic dude and like yeah i can't get the office out of my head also
I've met Alice Cooper 3 times. He absolutely was the nicest person ever. He took the time to sign whatever people wanted, take pictures, engage in conversation etc etc. He is the greatest
Lol I love how the clip they showed displayed almost none of Steve's involvement/voice acting.
lmao that's exactly what was going through Steve's head afterwards, you can see it in his expression
Such a talent! ❤
That Steven Tyler scream got me 🤣
It kind of makes sense about the 40 year old virgin story... It's a perfect Judd Apatow story...
The only one who could do the "UOWAH!DONUTS!" thing, better than Steve Tyler himself...lol!
Alice Cooper is my favorite performer ever. Super performer and guy still putting out great albums and still touring up to 200 dates a year. Carell and the Coop two icons lol
Completely agree, I've last seen Alice 2019 , i have to catch a show soon 🤘
I'm going to an Alice Cooper concert in May and can't wait one more second!
Gotta love Steve Carell ❤️
He is an amazing actor👏
i am so looking forward to this movie, i will definitely watch it
My friend waited on Alice Cooper at one of his regular haunts in Sedona in the 80s/early 90s and said he and his wife were sweet as can be and great tippers.
I LOVE STEVE CARELL!
Also: UWAAAAAAA DONUTS!
I love the where's the beef reference.
A true class act - we love you Steve!!
You are on this council, we grant you the rank of master.
I loved him in Get Smart and Date Night. So funny. Just seems like a regular guy 😊
Micahel Scott helped me through a difficult time in my life. I'm grateful, Steve Carell and Rick Gervais!
I love little miss sunshine so much!❤
Jimmy really looks up at Steve. Adorable.
He's so handsome. Looking great! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤
Love your enthusiasm @steve 😘
Steve Carell is a good actor. Like him in comedies. But he's also talented at playing serious roles especially playing fathers. 40 years old virgin is a good film. Office was good with him in it. Not Ed Helms.
*Crazy, stupid, love* is one of my favorite dad roles of his. I'll add *Evan almighty* bc my son and I had so much fun watching it especially when he was younger.
Perfect clip to show off the new voice work LOL
Steve Carell is a nice guy. I first saw him in "Little Miss Sunshine" and thought I played a great role.
I love Steve so much. My favorite
So if there’s a biopic of Alice, I guess he’s first choice? Lol
"Waaaah donuts!" so fcking good xD
This man is an absolute legend!
So glad Michaels improv class took him all the way to the tonight show!
I’d like to see Steve do the Point Pleasant Police Department bit with Jimmy.
I worked in that small town in Massachusetts and waited on Steve Carell!
He’s so great! Handsome and funny as can be.
Have you ever seen Alice Cooper and Steve Carell in the same room? Yeah, me neither. I've been saying this for years
I love this man!!!
No. His doppelgänger is Joe from Impractical Jokers.
I’ve never seen the American “Office”. He’s always fun to watch.
He's one funny man 🤣💕👍 love that 40yr old virgin story
I think the Gru voice he showed is the same voice he uses in Bruce Almighty when Jim Carrey makes him say gibberish during the news reporting scene
I love him! So cute and funny😊
7:00 JET BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKE!
I love Steve he's so funny
Just fabulous, what a guy
I almost spit my water when he impersonated Steven Tyler. 😂
YEEEAHHH DONUTS!!! Might become a staple for me. And no one will know where I got it from :(
He was so good in The Morning Show
One movie of Steve's that I quite liked but not a lot of people do is Evan Almighty. Anyone else?
I love it. It’s one of my first fave films of him frankly because it’s the first film I’ve seen him on. I don’t actually get the ‘hate’ or the terrible comments about it. It’s good and I love the conversation about opportunities.
Michael G Scott rollin’ like a piiiimmmpp!
i love steve carell!
Thanks for having Steve Carell on great guest great show
Steve Carell has oficially morphed into a HOT DADDY 🔥
I seriously wonder how many movies/ TV shows were conceived by one simple scene concept
The more you love your decisions, the less you need others to love your decisions. ♡
It's awesome the poker scene in 40yr old virgin is essentially the sketch steve pitched at 2nd city
Well, I didn't know that Steve is a neighbor 💯🥰🤗 Friggin cool fellow
Masshole 🤣
Steve said about the new poker character,
Me cant stop thinking about the Micheal “all in” scene 💀
Michael Scott is the best, such a stand up dude.
Mann I love this guy 🤣
most amazing personality
I met Alice Cooper too and he was the nicest guy!
If you don’t find Steve Carrol funny then something is absolutely wrong with you 🤦🏾♂️
He’s such a Gem! 💯
@Daniel Martinez
His name is in the video title, yet you still managed to type “Steve Carrol”.
That’s the one that made them laugh.
You get my vote with that statement.
What a good example of good ideas can be good just not at the right time.
I’m freaking jealous of Dylan 😂😂😂
