Fransico is like the unsung hero of the crew..never screws up, always there with no hassles...very steady guy. Give that guy employee of the year award.
He does mess up time to time. It's just that when the boss does have to say something to him along those lines, Francisco takes it seriously on how to fix it.
And I think that makes it less entertaining to be highlighted on camera like Eric or Ray tryin to laugh stuff off when they mess it up.

Gentleman, remember to take care of the Boss’ stuff (the company’s stuff). That way you have it to utilize and make your ability to perform easier and with the best results. Also, if the Boss does not have to replace equipment that is lost or broken, then Ryan has more money to reward you all with bonuses and with free meals as we all know he does. You work for him because he trusts you and your abilities to perform and be dependable! You are also friends and family, that is what makes the company/ life AWESOME!!!

It's really cool when your daughters are able to be there to get shots. They get some of the close ups and angles that normally can't be captured due to everyone being hands on. Have you thought about trying to clip a camera to the end of the pole near the bull float head, or maybe on one of the mags or other tools to see what those close up shots would look like? The drone shots are also always a nice touch. Gonna miss those.
Yes Ryan we need more vides, but I love watching them as well as being educational there are funny, but I'm now more invested in knowing about the new land, thanks for keeping me smiling
Hey Mr Ryan. You should tie their bonuses to them not making mistakes like leaving tools out in the rain, leaving windows down, missing tools, on their phones & disappearing acts.
Carlito was grilled harder for tools being left out than when Ray left the trailer without chocks while Ryan loaded the skid loader on a hill. Pretty sure that would have cost more than the tools.

In the 80's I worked on a job in Corpus Christi, Tx called #1 Shoreline Plaza! It was two sky scrapers 28 stories tall. I worked with the concrete crews installing moisture wicking matt all around the 3 story basement. They used 18,000 psi concrete and pumper trucks to construct it. I remember the guys using giant vibrators to set the concrete and remove voids. I also worked on another skyscraper hanging out the windows by a safety belt 20 stories up for $5.00 per hour in 81. Ah to be 20 again LOL!

you should create a check list/vehicle maintenance list. Whoever is driving whatever vehicle, will need to check what’s on the list and sign and date, got to do it in beginning and the end of the shift
I have to say I very much enjoy watching your videos. All of you seem to get along very well, and your guys always admit a wrongdoing from leaving tools out to not getting fuel. I have personally poured my own patio, just basic, and I followed everything you show. Now I have concrete tools just sitting. 😂 Anyway, I have to say Eric is my favorite worker. I have watched him from the day you hired him, and his laugh is hilarious. No offense to anyone else, but he seems to fit in perfectly. You made a great choice bringing him into the group. You should invest in a decent sized rock crusher for the yard and every time you have a load full of concrete you should dump it at the yard and then crush it and use it for your base. Save money from having to dump it and can reuse the old concrete for your base.
