Thats not possible or at least a lot of work around since you work in wordpress enviroment. I guess you have to build i by yourself in Elementor.

it doesnt actually copy the site, it mirrors it. You can't use it for anything if you are trying to modify it for your own.

If a website has a login and database. If I copy it with HTtrack. Once I get it cloned will I be able to use the login function etc? Will it work?
you'd have to create a database of your own. the scrapper would probably clone the website upto the coding that links to the database. Databases have access / user parameters in place to prevent unauthorized access.

Its probably because they use some kind of extension or something that prevents you to use it. Some of the website are like that. 😥

This will not include a database, this is just for cloning the front end so to make a dynamic panel you need to connect the database.

Guys I have a way to get around dealing with the the html, still clone a website and be able to edit it on elementor. Uh i been searching high and dry. Anyway this is useful but if you dunno how to edit html, there is an an alternate method, i just found it with more digging.
