First she punches his nose then gives him a pain in his back. Lilith is LITERALLY the bane of Belos' existance.

Oh dang that reminds me. Lilith punches him but he still let her in the high rank of role guards. Him talking to her knowing she going to punch the old him soon.

Maybe, they should convince young Philip that the witches mean no harm. What would the Boiling Isles look like today?

Much like the end of the serie i guess, except Eda and Lillith would still have their magic and wouldn't turn into harpies. Ah and maybe King would still be on his island. since Eda met him when she was running away from Belos forces.

Nothing could be changed. Novikov self consistency principle. It would always lead to the present that's already happened.

Depends on how time travel works. Whether or not they create a new timeline like in Dragon Ball, or alter the existing one like Back to the Future, or use erasement mechanism like Family Guy. I prefer Dragon Ball solution, because it solves the paradoxes. Family Guy is second, because it makes time travel very risky. Also, if the goal is to change something, then you are guaranteed to be erased. So if Luz, and Lilith goes back when Belos is just a child, then kill him, then that version of Luz, and Lilith cease to exist. Along with the entire universe they lived. Of course a new Luz, and Lilith would born, but without Belos things would be a lot different on the Isles. Especially, if they learn, that magic was involved, because it might make Caleb not to fall for Evelyn, and then the Clawthorne family might become different later.

@@akuladoctor7355 that is explicitly not how time travel works in the owl house. It's the novikov self consistency principle. No alternate timelines, no changing the present. If you try to change the present you'll just end up creating the circumstances for the present to exist. Literally what happens in the show.

    • @akuladoctor7355

@@Tenebrio-Morio And that is the worst case, because it allows to create paradoxes. What, if Lilith decide to time travel again, and just kill Belos before he was Emperor? Then she will have no reason to time travel, and thus she won't, but if she does not time travel, then she can't kill Belos in the past.
Just because it worked at the moment, because the writer carefully crafted it to work it does not mean it is a good concept.
Also it can work by the alteration idea, or even the multiverse solution. We simply ignore the previous versions, and only see the final solution.
Or it could work in hybrid way. Basically the new timeline is made, if there is a paradox, but for as long as it is not a paradox the timeline stays.

    And then Philip/Belos returns...
Philips: ...and I owe my glorious return to LILITH CLAWTHORNE and LUZ NOCEDA because, it turns out, that using magic to curse and harm innocent (at the time) children gives them the ability to return from the dead to exact vengeance according to the magical will of the Titans themselves!
Everyone stares at Lilith and Luz:...You! You started his hatred of witches, didn't you?!?! You caused this in the first place!
Lilith and Luz:-wha? NOooooo. Well... maybe...

Answer is always "bring him back to the future with you"

    • @sliestwheel
      @sliestwheel Před měsícem +5

Or you instigate the first hitler death in the alternate histories episode of Love Death & Robots. Killed during a brawl on the steps of the Academy of Fine Arts in 1908, WW1 proceeds, the Weimar Republic begins late, WW2 delayed till 1948, US drops atomic bomb on Berlin in 1952 and Neil Armstrong first man on the moon in 1969. Basically history stays roughly the same just without the holocaust. Mind you it means anime might not exist.

I still think the correct option would be to kill his father and then basically look out for him all his life.
And most probably help him out with making a name for himself as a painter

@@sliestwheelI have heard that life in Berlin was tough on both sides of the wall but that's probably better than turning it into a Ground Zero of a Atomic Bomb because at least there was life.

@@sliestwheel Pretty sure Anime like Speed Racer would still exist, and I'm A-OK with that. But pokemon, that's a hefty loss, though may be for the better.

Honestly, the truth is I wanna know more about his backstory and how I became you know this. Like how did he turn evil and this might come of the shocker but what he was similar to Luz except raised in a bad era. the 16 century did have a lot of bad things in that time so who could blame him for the way you turned out?
