It’s good to know that even in Little League, there is Major League umpiring

And in the crowd somewhere, Angel Hernandez turns to the person next to him, points to the ump and says "that's my son out there".

I'm glad you covered this. My local paper legit said this was Angel Hernandez umping lol.

This kid is hilarious though. Just how expressive he is. It's like this is his first bad call and he didn't realise this was a thing that happened

The Gatorade dump on themselves was the purest most wholesome celebration in sports history. Way to go boys 🥳

Pouring the Gatorade over themselves is some of the most wholesome content I've seen all year

The “wall of balls” should be used in all baseball broadcasts from now on

Ump prepping both teams before the game: "Anything within 2 feet of the plate is a strike, so you best be swinging those bats. Alright? Good talk."

NO ONE IS GOING TO TALK ABOUT THE PACE of these games??? What a pleasure to watch. They kept the kids in the batter's box instead of letting them take their regular 15' foot stroll where they would stop and show the camera their slow motion major league swings. Typical pitch delivery between 8 and 10 seconds. If the majors did this, I might still be a fan.

I remember playing Little League, being at bat when the pitcher bounced the ball 6 feet in front of the plate, which then hit the catchers mitt right over the plate. Ump called strike. I lost it.

When I coached all I asked the ump was to be consistent with both teams. The biggest thing I noticed with many umps especially in the younger leagues, was they would rob pitchers of strikes because the were smoking the other team. Umps deciding games will just turn kids and coaches away.
