Yep about 70% of the time it's that way with the super cars.
It’s seat time. He doesn’t run enough. Most of These guys already have more than 30 more races so far. You learn every time you run.

Look at Dalton cook. Look how many nights he has run this year. Nobody’s writing him a big check. Not everything is about who spends the most. He has the desire to race so he makes it happen. So do a lot of guys.

Look . These guys are great for the sport and off the beat. We race with them for several years and cannot say nothing negative. It's a real random thought, but I always notice the go pro getting covered pretty early on most of the time. Have you considered mounting a single thin guitar string, vertically in front of your go pro lens? Maybe a in inch or two away. Something to split the mud clumps and divert them away from the center of the lens, but shouldn't affect the view of the camera too much.
Got zero proof that this would work, but it could be worth a shot. The go pro footage is always sick, would love to get more of it.
They should ask the leader what camera he uses. It never gets muddy.

Boy, missing it a little ... is a lot (speed-wise)! Wasn't by much honestly. Seemed the middle up - showed a lot of side (middle off). Difference was B1/2 and on. Should have some good note to reference. Let's Gooooooo Be Safe

When are you guys coming up more North East and hitting PA, NY, etc.?
One thing guys I don't understand is why any one would restrict your hp because if you needed more now you don't have it,in my mind just don't put your foot to the floor,it's just like driving down the street I very seldom look at my speedometer but I'll glance at it and I'll be doing the correct speed, you need to know your throttle pedal, Joseph you're a great driver but maybe seattime and learn your throttle, maybe put a thin block of wood under the pedal to learn the feel of how far to push down, I don't know but don't cut your throat and restrict hp. It never worked for me,and I'm 73 retired from work and racing,but drag racing or oval racing I never cut my hp. 🏁🇺🇲ML33MI.
Racing on dirt, cutting hp is beneficial depending on the track’s surface.
You ought to look into the gadget that Austin Kirkpatrick has that allows you to not have to put in the restrictor plate with the same effect.

I think you all should swap engines in these cars for the big E . Leghorn hasn't looked good on that right rear since Overton clocked it last year. And foghorn is the chassis built for Jimmy Owens! It exits the corners faster.Put the white board in it !

If the track is slick, less hp is needed. If your racing cars on a frozen lake in a circle, would you rather have a 2,000hp car or 100hp car?

Every team has off nights. When your racing with the leaders just try to see what their doing. Where your getting beat the most
I think that was a winning call. I mean you wanted to go slower and you ran exactly what you called for. No crew chief needed. seriously though I'm glad Joseph was safe a lot of the time running in the back you end up in the middle of crash. You'll figure it out.

The 97 car only had a crate motor in. They changed cars cause the Clements had to much power. On a dry slick track it’s not so much about HP, it’s about setup and not spinning tires
@@gastruckin9314Yeah a dry slick track with practically zero banking. Little Overton on night two said he was only having a little trouble keeping up on the straights but the crate engine let him run a different/better line in the bends.
It is looking like we are comfortable with 5th!

Just a viewer here with an observation and question, but why is it when you listen to the front runners they seem to be running a lot higher RPM than the HTF car? I always see the HTF guys changing shocks and such, gears now and then, but just wonder what it is that has the front runners hitting the corners harder/faster? Not an expert here so feel free to educate me. Thank you.

@@Sandwedgewilliesome companies are very picky about there logo color. Example Amsoil for 1 is extremely picky down to the shade of the blue and red.
