I've learned so much about how Chelsea takes care of the ladies. I love how Caz talks about women things, hormonal stuff and how players get through it - coz sometimes we forget that these players bleed too, like literally every month, just like all women and how it messes with our mood and/or mentality. Wow, I love this episode with Nat!🌻

The thing with Nathalie it's like she won the lottery by coming to Chelsea and she was on loan with Real Madrid Women!!!
She was someone I thought was not at the level but since she started she has had a calming presence and has leadership qualities even has had the armband for Sweden.
The way she plays as a ball playing defender and I think she had an assist for LJ vs United at the Bridge she is a technician and she is the cat and either Nusken/Buchanan/Carter is the dog in terms of one stays and the other goes in terms of following the striker into midfield and being the aggressor of the two defenders.
She has command of the backline already which since Millie went down with injury Nathalie stepped up in that regard as well and like JRK,Guro,Maren,Zecira the Scandinavians' English is perfect so the time to integrate into the squad was easier I presume.
