  • This is a work along class that will take beginners through the start of creating their own balance program! This class is a 5 day a week class that you can work and decrease your risk of falling and improve your balance a little every day. This one has no words but a follow along with speaking will be uploaded later.
    This is helpful for older, younger, middle age people who want to improve their balance, or even start yoga!
