11.21.23 - Santa Ana Wind Warning Lifted! - Why did NWS & Predictive Services disagree about danger?

I'd like to have started a pizza party with you tonight - to celebrate the (possible) end to California's 2023 wildfire season! But I'm exhausted. I must rest. I speak about why at first, next:
How I am disturbed that Predictive Services (South Ops) - supposedly the "Pope" of fire weather prediction...DOWNPLAYED/DISMISSED the possibility of the STRONG Santa Ana Winds of Mon/Tues causing any significant fire risk. WAT?
Well the National Weather Service - acknowledged a generally-elevated risk for Southern California (because that's what Santa Ana's do!) It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand 70+ MPH wind gusts can drive a fire hard over the landscape - no matter how "damp" the vegetation may be.
(We saw a 4-alarm grass fire take off 2 weeks ago at Fairfield near Napa - on a MISTY night in the bay area. 61 F, and 74% humidity!)
Granted the Santa Anas gave 18% humidity to the region - I HAVE NO IDEA - why predictive services fell asleep at the wheel.
I'm not a weather person. I'm not educated on the subject. But I feel we have the right to demand an explanation - when the sister weather agencies of the government disagree.
Please - just make sure the public is informed about the disagreement. And explain why it exists. Different models used? Please - just keep the public informed that uncertainty exists.
The danger here - is if people only check one agency. Just look at NOAA, or NWS, or PS. They can come away with a dangerous sense of false-security.
We have the right to demand, and insist upon "one stop shopping" - for life-saving fire information.
