  • bit.ly/FlySky_F... Welcome to our CZcams channel, where we explore the exciting world of RC aircraft on a budget! In today's video, we embark on a daring test flight with our $5 DIY RC airplane equipped with upgraded thrust angle and rudder systems.
Join us as we push the limits of this cheap flight, documenting our journey from start to finish. Watch as we outline the changes made to the cockpit, and explain the reasoning behind how to adjust the flight path and improve the rudder.
We provide a step-by-step guide for those seeking to replicate this modification, focusing on how the flight characteristics of economically viable RC aircraft can be improved.
However, things don’t always go according to plan in the world of RC aircraft. While attempting some bold moves and pushing the boundaries of the innovative systems, disaster strikes! Witness a heart-stopping flight with the ultimate test of our $5 DIY RC airplane.
But this video isn’t just about the crash. We take this opportunity to examine the cockpit developments that led to the incident, examine the possible causes of the crash and its consequences.
Our goal is to learn from our mistakes and share valuable insights with our colleagues interested in RC, and emphasize the importance of safety precautions and thorough testing.
Whether you are an experienced pilot or an adventurer, this video provides a fun and educational experience.
Join us as we unpack the exciting times, provide post-crash analysis, and discuss valuable lessons learned from this $5 DIY RC plane crash.

Its build to take a heavy punch 👊

information the common root chord length of the stabs should be equal to 2/3 of the wing chord. the chords of the rudder and elevator should be equal to 1/3 of the root chord. the height of the vertt-stab should be equal to a bit less-than 1/2 of the span of the horiz-stab. googletranslate

The rudder whas a bit oversized but we did that with a reason

and where was the cg located.???
when a model has a ZERO-dihedral main wing, ailerons will be necessary.
AND, in order for turns to be executed, it will NECESSARY for the pilot to KNOW how to MIX elevator inputs with ailerons. this is so because, aileron deflection by itself causes ROLL moment; not yaw. the main landing gear was NOT correctly located. when the model is level, the mass of the lg SHOULD be below the wing leading edge. to the extent that it is practical, the mass of the battery should be located 'low' in the airframe. the noise produced by the motor, after the crash, indicates damage, contamination or both.
the cg SHOULD be located at or a bit forward-of THIRTY percent of chord.
the tail of the model is HEAVY. because
the mass of two servos is located THERE
the over-tall vert-stab is extra heavy
and because the tail boom is not TAPERED.
