    Hi! Thanks for all you do PCO team. I am having problems trying to assign cards to different people to follow up on? How do I add more people as potential assignees? Id like to split our First Time Guests follow up with a few different people. Thanks!

      Hi James, by default, the person creating the step will be assigned to that step; assign someone else by clicking Change and then typing the name of the new assignee. Then, assign and pin the card to someone so that person can follow up with the card through each step, regardless of the default assignee.

    Hi, is there a way for assignee to receive an email notification when some is added to workflow and assigned to that person?
