    TIP 120 and TIP122 are not MOSFETs as you state at 0:40, they are darlingtons.

    Looks good, I went to your web-site you dont have the schematic shown. also the breadboard layout you show is missing a link from the 330r resistor to the transistor controlling the 4th mosfet.
    Could you please post the schematic for us.
