I had a long day, didn't get to eat at all until the evening. I made dinner and finally sat down, took a bite as sweet sensation of relief washed over me, and the guy says "Antz Extreme Racist" and I spat it out

Also, I can't believe that was the map for the Grand Fanale. I bet they wrote the idea down and it sounded so cool. NASCAR fans be creaming themselves "HE'S TURNING BOYS".
Fr if you don't know if it's rusty, always fully clean the wound. It does not matter how big the cut is. You're opening your body to unknown (AND KNOWN) dangers that way. Hopefully it didn't bruise to bad since it sounds like the metal was absurdly sharp.

Don't know if it's a controversial opinion or not, but IMHO "Antz" was a really great underrated film. It had a memorable soundtrack, interesting characters and pretty sophisticated plot. "Bugs life" is for children, "Antz" is for adults ;)
Literally one of the best animated movies.
Way too many ant related films, with antz and ant man and ant man quantumania and ant man ant wasp woman....
What is it with ants? I'm with Zoolander and I don't like all this ant fan service.
I've never seen antz but it probably paved the way for ant man, the dumbest superhero besides the green lantern and the green hornet

@@Boogie_the_catant man was a character loooooong before the Antz movie. Also Antz was in theaters in 1998, and the first Ant Man movie was 2015, that’s quite the gap for there to be any connection

"Because Judy Hops and the fox one became sex symbols outside the production company's control" would be my answer to why animals aren't anthropomorphic anymore.
Actually it's because advances in technology have made humans easier to render realistically or stylistically. Animals were more prevalent in the early days of animation because they were comparatively easier to draw and suspend the disbelief of animation for. In the modern day, it's not seen as so impossible, so going with animals is now a stylistic choice.
