If you make a board asymmetrical wouldn't you naturally shift your feet over to re-center yourself for balance, making your feet out of line with the stringer?
you would think, but i think since the board is already so light you couldn't tell a difference, plus its not the stringer thats outa place on the board, its the rails.
Had discussions over the uselessness of stringers since Midget (RIP, elder brother) recognized them as mere obesity, several times. Cantankerous recalcitrant adult shapers demanded them, as their eyes and minds had long dimmed into dementia, SO many times.
