  • This is how I do my flush mounts for speakers and passive radiators. Remember to go one hole wider than the measurement of the speaker or it will not fit. Round up.
Hope this helps. I learned this from another CZcamsr but added what I learned from my experiences.
Router is a Ryobi RE180PL1. Uses a 1/2in shank so bits are more expensive.
My camera man's bloopers at the end. Boy has a lot to learn.

Love this and great idea! Constructive criticism: Throw some Bondo over the screw holes and then a light sanding. This thing is killer and looks like a 99. Bondo on the screw holes takes it to 100. Great job, though.

Still waiting on my 4th order to come in. Been waiting for a bit now. As soon as it’s in I’ll post it up. Current setup is a Hg-12 on 2 C-2400.1. Running strong.

What size shank is your router? Also do you mind sharing where you got your router bit

@@ogscythe6118 thank you so much bro. I was confused on what size to buy. Most of the bits at my local hardware are 1/4 or 3/8 shank so i wasnt sure if i needed to buy an adapter for my ryobi router with 1/2 shank
