- This is how I do my flush mounts for speakers and passive radiators. Remember to go one hole wider than the measurement of the speaker or it will not fit. Round up.
Hope this helps. I learned this from another CZcamsr but added what I learned from my experiences.
Router is a Ryobi RE180PL1. Uses a 1/2in shank so bits are more expensive.

Love this and great idea! Constructive criticism: Throw some Bondo over the screw holes and then a light sanding. This thing is killer and looks like a 99. Bondo on the screw holes takes it to 100. Great job, though.
Nice job. Thank you.
so if it's 4" hole it must be 4.25"?
you didnt show the hole cutting. witing for your reply. thanx
yeah just needed one more pass at the start
Good video man! Any new updates on the Honda Accord?
Still waiting on my 4th order to come in. Been waiting for a bit now. As soon as it’s in I’ll post it up. Current setup is a Hg-12 on 2 C-2400.1. Running strong.
What size shank is your router? Also do you mind sharing where you got your router bit
So this is a 1/2 shank, 1/4 x 7/9in bit.

@@ogscythe6118 thank you so much bro. I was confused on what size to buy. Most of the bits at my local hardware are 1/4 or 3/8 shank so i wasnt sure if i needed to buy an adapter for my ryobi router with 1/2 shank
