If u build grand tree in home early enough you can port to grand exchange grab stuff and use home port ends up being way cheaper than Butler but adds 45 sec each run so it's a give and taken but use ful tip for the broke players
Got a 4x4 maxed and 3x3 near maxed (only 8 in nexus and jewelry box is 1 upgrade short). Difference for efficiency isn't much. Ornate pool is definitely the best tho. Idk what past 84/82 is even worth getting tbh. A tree/fairy ring I guess but seems pointless. Can't even have dungeon with dragon due to load times...
You’re doing something wrong bud. I’m finishing con right now with mahogany tables and I’m getting over 800k. With a good connection good clicks and the right camera angle it’s so damn fast. And nice name by the way my name is Tyler too lol

What i'm wondering is why your butler doesn't instantly run off after getting your planks. I lose so much time constantly having to run to / call butler every time he does a bank run...
If you don't finish the dialogue he will stay there. After he brings your planks back, just go back to building and he'll stay there. If you finish the dialogue by selecting "click here to continue" or whatever it says in the chatbox, he'll walk off.
@@AsukaYenOSRS So i've tried talking to him to get him to give me planks, then clicking back on the build spot without interacting with the chat at all. He stands there for like two ticks, then walks off. The only time he doesn't walk off is when he still has planks to give me, and then when i claim the last planks, he runs off again before i can tell him to get more... And my inventory gets all messed up :( Are you sure they didn't patch the butlers or something? Or am i just retarded?
You forgot to mention how chill oak dung doors are... with the no mouse movement and one button mode i can afk and watch netflix.

For oak dungeon doors you only see 500k exp an hour with the demon butler. About 300k with regular butler.

Just build a parlour and start with crude wooden chairs. Work your way up from there via this guide.
