Never been a fan of gimic pliers, that are half ass lineman pliers(that you cant twist joints with very well) combined with strippers. I knew that before I watched both the videos on these pliers....but I love this channel so much I watched em both anyways. I will say I love Milwaukee regular 6 in 1 strippers....especially compared to kleins (which are nearly double the price). Keep it up sparky. Best channel on youtube

Hey Sparky - Can you talk about 12/2/2 and 14/2/2 wire? I need to run wire about 100 ft from one side of my house to another and picked up a roll of 12/2/2 so I could double the circuits for "free". The only problem is now I can't find a listed staple or stacker. It's like nobody knows 12/2/2 or 14/2/2 exists. In cases where a listed staple shows 2x 12/2 , I suspect it might not be the worst idea, but I don't think it meets code. At this point I think I'm just going to use a staple + listed zip tie. Thoughts? Keep up the great work.
I see that the video explaining to fix a HOT/GROUND reversed receptacle is not posted on this channel yet so you have almost every wiring indication on outlet tester except for one that is the HOT/GROUND reversed indication and that would be a great video for the viewers of sparky channel.

Even though it's possible, I would not recommend it. Where I work it's a good way to get kicked off the job. There are special tools to cut MC and some contractors don't appreciate the pinch the MC conduit around the conductor. This is why they also swear to use Red Devils AKA and tie shorts oh, you know those little red bushings they come with.
Yes, it does squish the end of the MC cable. "Anti Short Bushings" :)
