I think it's going to barely qualify for the final.
Inga, mēs varam atdzīvināt Frediju Merkuriju , iedot viņam pilsonību un aizsūtīt uz Eirovīziju, bet tāpat netiksim finālā..... Eirovīzija ir ģeopolitisks pasākums, kur sabiedroto mums ir ļoti maz. Tieši kā pagājušo gadu, kad čehu traktoristi netīrās apakšbiksēs bez dziedāšanas prasmēm tika, bet Sudden Lights ārpus ... tur profesionālismam ir ļoti maza nozīme.

The cats song? Really?
Thanks from Latvia. He's good, but I liked the last year's song (Sudden Lights - Aijā) more. Don's song somehow feels less Latvian, emotionally it is similar to Arcade (I almost want to sing along "loving you is a losing game") or any other radio hit, but it does not have that much of a Latvian rocky and meditative spirit. However, Europe rarely gets those national vibes, so maybe it's good to aim for a more "standard" approach. We'll see.
We (Latvia) can revive Freddie Mercury, give him citizenship and send him to Eurovision, but we won't make it to the final either..... Eurovision is a geopolitical event where we have very few allies. Just like last year, when Croatia tractor drivers in dirty underpants with no singing skills got by, but Sudden Lights outside ... professionalism has very little meaning there.
Sudden Lights was my favourite song last year. I listen to a lot of songs by them. Up to now, I have two songs I really love, and Hollow is one of them.
and the new rule of only televoting in the semi-finals is not helping... but 🤞🏻🤞🏻 for Dons!
Very very close ladt year though! Luke Black had such a strong fan base, I think that was the only factor. Aija will forever stay in my heart, so will Hollow ❤️ Sweden loves you!
