Hi everyone,
I've been asked by viewers about where to find this buttonholer.
I found the stores in "Rakuten" site, which is a Japanese online shopping site (like Amazon).
But, unfortunatley each store dosen't ship the item overseas according to their store page.
This is the page you will see the buttonholer the store is posting

Then, I found this "Rakuten" top page.

Can you see the line at the top of the page that says "Oversea delivery service Rakuten Global Express"?
I assume if you go there, you might find how to get the item in case of a customer living outside of Japan. But I can't guarantee the store will ship the item because it depends on the circumstances of the country where you live and also the state of affairs especially many airline have cancelled
in Europe.
Anyhow, this is the information I can tell you for now.
But when I see another way to get it, I will add the information to the description here.

PS. If you are going to purchase this buttonholer, make sure what kind of sewing machine you have and which brand it is. If you make a mistake, you won't be able to use it :(

Hmm...I'm not too sure about the "needle screw" that you're talking about. You mean the screw on needle clamp for tightening the needle? if so, you should ask at a store that deals with sewing machines or related products. I hope that helps :)
