ON a car of this value I would have fitted a new fender. The paint depth will be out if anyone uses a micrometer to check (unless you took it right back to metal?)
Also why did you fit the fender before painting? I had fenders and a front bumper painted on my 911 and they painted them all off the car and fitted them afterwards.

Nice to see all the masking work. Really explains why painting is so damn expensive. Hours of prep for minutes of spraying. Damn nice result! It would be great if you could put a clock on the screen so we see exactly how long a process like this takes.

I don’t think you know that the right fender on a 911R is carbon fiber. I hope that the replacement part was carbon fiber. The rest of the work is top notch as usual.
Surely, once structural metal is bent, even if you straighten it, metal fatigue has already set in. It is no longer as structurally sound as the original. All crumpled structural metal should be cut out and replaced with new parts.
What about the damage behind the front wheel. You guys didnt eve touch it.
