對呀, 好多教練習都是背熟對拆動作. 沒法子做到令學員產生自動反應. 當然自動反應真不易. 真係好多人只會做一兩個動作就停下來.等對方. 公式化的對練日子一久就成為套路習慣性. 只要對手一有少少變動就不知所措. 跟住就中招.所以你的說法好對. 係會有點難練. 但不是冇得練. 好重要是教你的會不會令你明白.
