    Well what people will not mention is the realness of this video. This isn't a video to show how skilled each person is. It is a video demonstrating the trials and tribulations. It shows the human side of what most people act like do not exist. I like the fact that the breakdown of coordination on the single leg line skips was included in the video to show kids that it is okay if you mess up or have trouble in the beginning. Keep practicing. As a coach who uses demonstration to teach, I do not mind messing up a drill. One, as mentioned, it lets them know it is okay to be human and make mistakes. Two, and very important, it shows them how to respond to messing up not allowing it to effect your focus.

      @@salmon1mt It's still pretty encouraging nevertheless, how they don't try to blur out the mistakes or the mess ups. It's true for most ppl that they can get very let down from their mistakes in exercise, so this video can help boost motivation.

    One leg squat reach - 0:21
    Lift off - 1:32
    One foot hop - 2:49
    One foot lateral hop - 5:31
    One foot square jump - 7:35
    Ball skip - 12:09

    This definitely gonna help with my boxing my main problem is I always fall or lose balance sometimes the basic will get you back in top shape

    I realized I have horrible balance as an athlete lol, when I did the first one I was close to falling every single time. But ima improve.

      +Evelina zak Hi, be sure the master the ball on the ground before you extend yourself to elevating the ball. You should be so skilled at each drill you can do with your eyes closed. Thanks for watching!

    I need to become coordinated. I generally feel like an outcast because I’m so clumsy and look stupid. And all my friends call me out on it, and it generally makes me feel like shit 🥲
