Not in every shop its done this way ive seen some do it with a table that suctions the clothing to the table and steams it at the same time while they iron out any left wrinkles
Working at a dry cleaners was really fun but good god it gets ungodly hot with those machines.The guys that ran the machines and steamers in the summer use to take salt pills just so they wouldn't pass out.
All good for me until the clothes are pressed into that yellow foam... It looks like that horrible foam that makes your skin itchy as hell, i hope it's not 😂
And that's why you can't get the same level of crispness pressing and ironing your own clothes. If you need it to look 💯, take it to the professionals

I thaigjt dry cleaning didnt use water to wash. Been lied to my whole life!
Dry cleaning doesn't use water. These people are laundering dress shirts. Your average dry cleaner shop will do both.
