- What do you get when you combine a cellar door, a cellar door that no longer exists, a documentary about skateboarding, Mark Gonzales, Keith Hufnagel, Scott Johnston, Buddhist Monks, Wee Gee, the Mob, Cops, graffiti writers, freight trains, Oreo cookies, collapsed highways, and triple homicides?
A follow up to our last video with Bobby & Jeff @stoofus , but this time they're hitting the streets to find the first cellar door to be skated in New York City.
Filmed and edited by @jackpalmiotti
Two guys obsessively discussing cellar doors for 45 minutes blows those boring old drug and party stories completely out of the water any day.
There’s definitely room for both and this does not cancel out legendary party stories you’re tripping
This is a great way to start my day. I get so STOKED when Bobby P releases new content.
Thanks Bobby! Always enjoy the journeys you lead and share...and stoked to see the Deathbowl to Downtown poster that I designed in the edit!
We need a periodical contents with BP also with tales about his past carrer.

Bro I love the spotology videos
very cool j.mascis really knows his stuff
Fell like I’ve watched loads of Bobby stuff but is that the first time he’s shown his graffiti? Love to see and hear more about that. He should do walking/skating/climbing up buildings tours.
Dude. Now that im older there’s something beautiful about learning the history of the spots you love
I can picture gonz riding down the street on a bike and giving a silly funny answer when they ask him where the spot was 😂
Mark answering: “It was a spot that was like boom boom boom ya know?”
44 year old skater here. Im really enjoying these recent spot/history videos. I didnt know it but i needed a break from exclusively watching vids about sheds
great content! I love people nerdingout hard on skateboarding and everything around it
True journalism right there
Love the mansard roof comment
I just watched a 45 minute video about cellar doors in New York, I LOVE being a skateboarder!!

Only Bobby P would know that Nabisco stood for “National Biscuit company” he is a national treasure to skateboarding
Building in DTLA on Mateo near 7th Street, says National Biscuit Company.

NEEEEEERDS !!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I used to work at a Skate shop in hermosa beach, CA and one day i see BP walking up and check out the tv that was above me playing a Girl video. He watched it for almost a full minute and then kept walking.

Met Bobby pretty recently..he’s as cool and as knowledgeable as he appears.

Nabisco went to Fairlawn, NJ...they have recently tore it down to make apartments.
Man this was awesome
love this
puleo should buy a bus or a van and do spot tours lol
Omg the facade looks crazy without the scaffolding. I work at EIF in here, legendary music hub which explains the tags in the cement.
We can't just reach out to Mark Gonzales and ask?
"We"? Be my guest. Mark was a 19 year old kid, in NYC for the first time, being led around by a ravenous pack of locals. You think Mark remembers, or knows where some obscure cellar door was? But yeah, be my guest. Reach out to him. Can't wait to hear what he tells you. 🙃😆
@@TimandVic131Marks response , “some of the spots are like boom bam boom and the others are not ..ya know”. I think that’s the response we would get from him.
By the way, they are called Bilco doors.
dwight fry is an alice cooper song. lucifer sam is a pink floyd song
the most beautiful word in the english language
Donnie Darko!
Mansanard
3:35 wonder if that’s where Malcom X and FOI surrounded the building after a man was a victim of police brutality? Where the police stated “ no one man should have so much power “
Dope video. The only discrepancy I can find from the original clip to the location at Chelsea market is clearly the fire hydrant. It's been so long I don't know how the city goes about adding new hydrants to the main when sidewalks are re done. But I noticed there's no breakaway flange or escutcheon visible at the base of the hydrant which means it's either old or they just carelessly poured Crete around a newer hydrant possibly when the sidewalk was re done for a second time since the footage
the Speed Levitch of skateboarding.
Suciu skated the first one in verso
lol dont mention suciu in a bobby video please especially talking about east coast spots 😂
I fucking love this type of stuff. Thank you
Top notch sleuthing

Gonz on cellar door: czcams.com/video/Fm9rLbko3r4/video.html
🖤you Bobby, obviously.
Jeff could be a ventriloquist, my man barely moves his lips.
Haha! I noticed that also
I guess we could just ask Gonz …..is that an option?

When washed up skaters who dropped out of architecture design school reminisce about what they wished they did 30 years ago. In between coffee and getting prune juice later.
Puleo is a slight terd that still pushes InfoWarz
i love and i hate bobby puleo
he looks like he stinks,
& is extremely pompous
but also seems so down to earth
