But, I paid all my debt with dollars that were worth substantially less. Along with the worthless dollar and all the interest I paid in the long term. I think we ended about "EQUAL", in terms of "real wealth". Had, my creditors and me, done our business in (gold). The "real wealth" exchanged would have remained the same. Those ounces of gold I borrowed, would have cost me a lot more dollars to repay them. But, it feels like I "cheated".
You went into debt because of inflation. With savings alone you would have been able to pay for whatever it is you went into debt for. A penny saved used to be a penny earned. Two paychecks.

What's particularly frustrating is that when you point out this greed, corruption and its agents on both sides of the aisle, you get labelled a "conspiracy theorist", then later on when the truth comes out and said "conspiracy theory" becomes fact, rather than have a aha moment that teaches them to open up their ears and listen, they tell you to shut up. "the system needs some inflation to ease it debts". Yea, it's true. It sure worked for my debts. I went in debt back when a dollar was worth a lil bit. But, I paid all my debt with dollars that were worth substantially less. Along with the worthless dollar and all the interest I paid in the long term. I think we ended about "EQUAL", in terms of "real wealth". Had, my creditors and me, done our business in (gold). The "real wealth" exchanged would have remained the same. Those ounces of gold I borrowed, would have cost me a lot more dollars to repay them. But, it feels like I "cheated".
You went into debt because of inflation. With savings alone you would have been able to pay for whatever it is you went into debt for. A penny saved used to be a penny earned. Two paychecks.
